well from my understanding, lactagen is suppose to help with "strengthening the micro-flora (healthy bacteria) to better handle breaking down Lactose,..." (ritternutrition.com) to me, this sounds very plausible and like a solution to my lactose into…
If you have an allergic reaction to something it means it is something your body cannot tolerate. Taking something to mask the symptoms does not make your body tolerate it better.
why would avoiding lactose be healthier in the long run? i mean, i would totally give it a shot, but i absolutely love certain dairy products too much to just give them up completely...
