4 skinless chicken breasts
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or sour cream
2 T. dried French onion soup mix
Paprika
Preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in one layer in a casserole dish. In another bowl, combine yogurt or sour cream and soup mix.
Blend well and spoon evenly over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve 4
