A good start

I have been eating low carb for 5 days now and I am feeling good. No energy drain and interestingly, my sinuses are more clear then they normally are when we are inundated with cotton wood "fairies."

I cooked the crock pot eggplant lasagna I found in the recipe section. It was sooooo good. Even Christopher The Fussy ate a little.
